In December 2025 the Eastern Districts Pipe Band was recognised by the Scottish Network Australia for the band’s development and support model for affiliated bands , Ringwood , Warragul, Gregor pipers and Gippsland Scottish. Eastern Districts has a unique model not only to bring bands people into competition but to develop individuals as players and band leaders
